Cenote Dos Ojos provides safe cavern access to the massive Sac Actun system. The water stays at a constant 77°F (25°C) all year. Underwater visibility regularly exceeds 60 to 100 meters.
You must stay within the natural light zone. Only certified technical cave divers can enter restricted cave zones. Maintain neutral buoyancy and use a frog kick to avoid disturbing sediment.

The Barbie Line is a 415-meter shallow route. It features wide spaces and massive columns illuminated by natural light beams. You need an Open Water certification and a qualified local guide to dive this path.
40 minutes300-meter route
This tighter, darker circuit is about 300 meters long. It weaves through delicate, highly preserved limestone formations. It offers the true atmosphere of a cave while keeping you within safe cavern limits.
5-10 minutesAir-filled surface dome
Divers briefly surface in this air-filled dome. You can see thousands of bats roosting on the ceiling above you. Ascend carefully and keep noise down to avoid disturbing the animals. Breathe through your regulator if the guano smell is strong.
